Penny Dickson, Certified Equestrian Tai Chi Instructor Level 1,
Equestrian Tai Chi Chi Connected Riding 1,
I am very sorry to say that Penny sadly passed in February this year 2025.
We are all so sad and will miss her very badly in Equestrian Tai Chi.
She was a wonderful vibrant talented woman and horsewoman and a wonderful Equestrian Tai Chi Instructor.
Our thoughts are with her husband and her beautiful horse Bailey.
You can read about Penny below in her own words below, and see her and her beautiful Bailey and how much they loved each other.
Penny you will be sadly and badly missed.
I am a Master Saddler of 41 years experience, which has given me the opportunity to meet and make tack for horses from all aspects of the equestrian world.
I have strong interests in Theatrical Dressage, Horse Agility, Costume, Tai Chi and Field Archery, I am a National Field Archery Society Coach. Which all rather lead me to Mounted Games and Horseback Archery, and finding my little Spanish horse ‘Bailey’, who has been with me for 13 years now, He loves dressing up, shooting arrows and showing off !
I had been having a break from Tai Chi, but a couple of years ago felt the need to return to it and was delighted when I came across Equestrian Tai Chi, this seemed the perfect and natural way to return to practice, and what better than with my horse ! Our journey through the Connect Course and Instructor Training has been fascinating, enjoyable and worthwhile, and it has helped us both enormously to attain a more harmonious and energetic partnership, which we continue to work on.
I really look forward to teaching and helping others to gain the rewards of Equestrian Tai Chi.
