Hi there!
Welcome! Thank you for joining me on this free mini trial course for Equestrian Tai Chi To Build Confidence Riding.
The more advanced course is opening for registration in a few days. This is just to give you a flavour of what the course is like.
I think the best place to begin is Equestrian Tai Chi – Beginning Your Practice, you can read a little about The Form there and before you begin please read the Safety Protocols For Your Practice.
If you read the Guidelines For Your Practice, these will give you the basic requirements that apply to every exercise and help you get the most out of the exercises that you learn here.
Just a word of note, the breathing exercises and Equestrian Tai Chi exercises begin from The Wu Ji Position. Instructions for The Wu Ji Position are given under The Equestrian Tai Chi Form.
The little sequence in The Equestrian Tai Chi Form shown here is just the first few movements.
The movements are taught individually first of all for you to learn them in detail. Then you are shown how they fit into the sequence, so you can practice the little sequence up to the part you have learned so far.
Breathing To Your Abdomen is the first of a series of breathing exercises that build on each other and get more advanced.
Enjoy the mini course and if you have any questions, just send me a message from the contact page.
