For the next set of Challenges, I propose to continue with more of the same, as well as adding in a small amount of Taoist Meditation if that suits.
Taoist Mediation is different to other mediation, in that its focus is on freeing the spirit, by removing blockages. This involves focus with the mind and I think this focus will help people with the awareness of energy.

There are two options to choose from, when joining Equestrian Tai Chi Challenges 25-48
- Pay $150 in full (and make a saving of $30).
- Pay $30 per month for 6 months ($180 in all). You are obliged to make the 6 payments.
