This episode is about a way of keeping my horse connected to me.
Horses are more sensitive to energy than we are and in tune with Nature. If we can develop our energy to become able to feel in ourselves what our horse can sense in us, then we can develop a deeper connection, and then through this ability to feel we can connected with our horse at an even deeper level.
I mention the Tao Riding Program in this episode, which is open for registration at the moment.

This episode is about a new way of riding for people who feel nervous, it is for them and their horse to feel balanced and happy and calm and connected together.
Horses love connecting with us as much as we do with them, but if we feel nervous this blocks connection. We both affect each other with our energy, Tao Riding is a new way of riding that also focuses on helping the horse to feel calm too.
This episode is about the Fire Element which is predominant now in the Northern Hemisphere from the time of the Summer Solstice on the 21st of June.
