Introducing The Interactive Online Training
'How to Manage Your Mindset & Emotions Riding' with Jenny Pim
For Riders who would like to learn to calm their fear and anxiety riding and to let go of the energy that's keeping them stuck in a fearful state.
My name is Jenny Pim, I'm a Certified Tai Chi Instructor registered with the Tai Chi Union for Great Britain and a Certified Riding Coach registered with Horse Sport Ireland.
My passion is to bring what I learn from Tai Chi and Taoist Arts to help riders to develop and enhance their relationships with their horses.
Many riders feel fearful and anxious riding and I've developed a way of helping riders, to become calmer and more relaxed and to let go of their fear riding.
Horses respond and resonate with this way too, it makes for a happy united partnership.
Of course there are times when we will be more anxious than others, but as we develop our ability to manage our emotions, and our confidence in this abilitly grows, riding becomes a thing to be looked forward to - not constantly worried about!
We recently bought a high maintenance horse ...
I’ve had a nasty fall off my horse during a show and since then I feel like I’ve been walking on eggshells around him. But I followed your breathing exercises to calm myself down and I really feel like I’ve been able to focus on improving my riding when my mind is clear and free of any negative thoughts.
Thank you very much, your emails and Chi program are very helpful and beneficial.

How to Manage your Mindset & Emotions Riding with Jenny Pim is a three part system, where you learn to use your body, your energy and your breath when you're riding to manage your emotions, to keep yourself and likely your horse calm too, so you can focus on your riding and doing whatever it is you want to do!
Here's how the Interactive Training works! –
The course builds Module by Module!
Every fortnight, you'll receive receive a new Module with new material/exercises to learn and you'll be invited to take part in a new Challenge!
You'll learn the material in the Module and then practice and come and report in the Challenge Forum about how you're getting on! You'll receive feedback and encouragement with your practice.
You'll get new Equestrian Tai Chi exercises to learn, new Taoist Breathing for Riding exercises, and new exercises to help you let go of blocked energy in your body.
Your energy is going to flow much better when you can let go of what is restricting it. It will flow better in you and with the energy of your horse and your emotions will become less overwhelming and much easier to manage.
Our horses benefit when our energy becomes more vibrant and clear too as they can feel a lot of what we feel.
This is what people are saying ...
The second bonus is the Free Fortnightly Challenges where you'll receive feedback and help with your practice, and in managing your Mindset & Emotions Riding.
Each fortnight you'll receive a new Challenge, it could be a Taoist Breathing for Riding exercise to learn, or it could be a way of finding and letting go of energetic blockages in your body, or a Chi exercise or all three. You can learn the exercise looking at your computer and then come out and practice with your horse. Then it would be super if you'd come and write about how you get on in the Challenge Forum, you'll see how other people get on with their practice there too! This way you'll build your confidence and see how you learn and grow as the weeks and months go by. At the end you'll have a log of your practice and you'll really be able to see how much you've grown and improved.

Dear Jenny,
3 friends & I took our horses to Allegany State Park for a weekend camping trip. I was deathly afraid of how my boy would be considering the fact that taking him trail riding has always not been fun cause he would do everything possible to be the bad boy, therefore I was afraid!
I got on the saddle (while friend held him), did a couple of your breathing techniques & calmed myself down. And it worked!
We went on a 3 HR ride that was so much fun. He was so calm & very well behaved that he blew me & my friends out of the water! We ran up the hills, drank from the creek, meet people in cars driving by, he let kids rub his nose, walked past a barking puppy that was going nuts and so on! I have had my boy for 5 yrs now.
I've gone through 6 trainers in the past to help me to understand on what to do but nothing helped, until a friend sent you to me. I can honestly say you have helped me and I thank you so much. No more fear for me!
THANK YOU.

The energy flow of the breathing exercises relaxes the rider and gives confidence
I have a diploma in Equine Acupuncture and am a Registered Equine Massage Therapist. 4 Star Equine Services provides rehabilitation for injured horses and teaches students all aspects of Classical Equitation and the day to day care of the horse.
I enrolled in Equestrian Tai Chi with Jenny Pim to actually do the instructors course but at the time had a few nervous riders having problems letting go of their fears and lacking confidence in themselves with the mounted riding. So I thought this Managing Mindset and Emotions course would also be of benefit. Jenny’s course is put together in such a way it is easy to explain especially about how important our emotions and energy affects the horse. The breathing exercises, and allowing the energy to flow through each body part has been a great benefit to help my students build confidence in themselves.
I highly recommend this course to anyone who wants to have a connection to their horse and enjoy their riding with a true partnership.
